As a closed herd, only our animals are allowed on our property, further safeguarding against potential disease transmission and maintaining the integrity of our herd.

Bulls
At Cretin Farms - Wagyu, we recognize the importance of bulls in maintaining the exceptional genetics and quality of our Wagyu herd. However, we have chosen to import semen from carefully selected breeders rather than keep bulls on-site. This approach allows us to access a diverse range of top-tier genetics, enhancing the overall quality and diversity of our herd without the high costs associated with the upkeep and management of bulls. As a small operation, this method proves to be more cost-effective, enabling us to focus on breeding practices that produce the best possible results while ensuring our herd remains healthy and genetically diverse.
